This Advent, as you celebrate the coming of Christ, remember Bethlehem’s living stones—the Palestinian communities still living and worshiping in the land where Jesus walked. Light a red candle in solidarity and share the light for a future of justice, peace, and liberation.
Whether you light a red candle in your home, with your friends, or with your whole congregation, Monastic Crafts has candles to fit your needs.
Monastic Crafts is generously offering these candles at a special discounted wholesale price so that more people can participate. If you are able, consider donating what you save, or any amount you are able to give, to:
Parents Circle - Families Forum -Donate the Difference A joint Israeli-Palestinian organization of over 800 bereaved Palestinians and Israelis members, all of whom have lost an immediate family member to the ongoing conflict. Despite their profound grief, the members have chosen a unique and courageous path: to transform their pain into a force for reconciliation, dialogue, and peace.
St. John Benevolent Fund - Donate the Difference To care for those with lack of means and provide assistance to orphans, disabled and destitute children, and indigent elderly.
